Description

The Saturn table clock is a unique piece of watchmaking art, appreciated by the community of watchmakers: in 2023, the watch reached the final of the competition "Best Russian Watches" in the nomination "Interior Watches".

The case of the watch is a mystical handmade sculptural composition, in the center of which is a bronze figure of the ancient Roman god Saturn, holding a watch in the form of a shield. The figure is mounted on a jasper hemisphere depicting the planet Saturn with a ring at the base. The decorative elements of the composition are covered with gold and nickel.

The image of this god was not chosen by chance. In ancient Greek mythology, the god Kronos corresponds to him, whose name in Ancient Greece meant the very concept of time (χρόνος). The plot of the composition is a symbolic meeting of the mythological Saturn, the ancient Roman god, with the real Saturn, the planet named after him.

Along the base of the composition there is a quote from the poem "Aeneid" by the ancient Roman poet Virgil, dedicated to the first emperor of Rome Augustus: "Saecula qui rursus Latio regnata per arva. Saturno quondam, super et Garamantas et Indos" ("The golden Age will return to the Latin arable lands, where Saturn himself was king in ancient times, and will advance the limits of the empire, Indus having conquered the land of the Garamantes..." — translated by S. Osherov).

Inside there is a reliable manufacturing mechanism of 12CVS on 19 ruby stones. The caliber with balance and free anchor descent ensures high accuracy (+/- 15 seconds per day) and saves energy for 7 days after full winding. Saturn watches are the epitome of pure art and advanced watchmaking technologies. They are made by hand and only on an individual order.

Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty is valid for two (2) year from the date of sale of the product. The warranty covers defects and faults in assembly materials. If a problem arises during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall rectify any defects or repair any malfunctions absolutely free of charge. If the quality of the watch is not able to be restored through repairs, the manufacturer guarantees the replacement of the watch with the same watch or a model with identical specifications. Repair is either carried out directly by the manufacturer or at an authorized service centre.

LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

The warranty does not cover:

battery life;
the glass or the strap (bracelet);
wear and tear or defects resulting from the use of the watch (e.g. scratches on the glass, changes in the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and bracelets, etc.);
any damage to any part of the watch resulting from improper use, lack of care, or careless handling of the watch (bumps, chips, dents, cracks, etc.);
any unauthorized repair or the owner’s own tampering with the design of the watch and/or its appearance automatically excludes these watches from warranty service.
